We are a custom cake shop.
We recommend you pre order cakes and sweets 2-3 weeks in advance. we book up quickly. We do have a line of cakes (predesign page on the website) that can be ordered within a 24–48-hour turnaround time pending our schedule. We only sell desserts (cupcakes and other treats) on Thursdays & Fridays. We release a Holiday menu for all holidays you can pre order from. We also will sell items in store holiday weeks on a first come first serve basis. We look forward to working with you If you have any questions feel free to call us.

How much do your cakes cost?
Prices vary depending on size, detail, intricacy & complexity of your design. We often run in-store specials and holiday promotions for our cakes and sweets. These can range from $20-160
For custom cakes, we have a $150 minimum, which generally serves about 12-10 people
We also offer predesign cakes that you can order on the fly. These range from -$100+
Ultra-custom sculpted cakes no matter how many servings needed start at $600
Our cakes are made using only high-quality ingredients and are made in house each week. We use American Buttercream. our freshly baked cakes and sweets are baked per order.
We have classically trained culinary pastry chefs on our team who are constantly Researching and developing new flavor combinations to ensure innovation and originality!

Unfortunately, we do not offer sugar free dessert or major allergy free cakes (nuts, eggs, etc.). So sorry.

Each consultation will be between 30-45 min and we require a deposit of $40 to book your consultation. Once your consultation is complete, we will email you a quote in detail of what was discussed, and you may apply your deposit to your final wedding cake order.

Since we are usually booked a few weeks (or sometimes months) in advance, we do encourage early ordering. (4-6 weeks advance notice is recommended, but we’re be happy to fit you in whenever our schedule permits.
Our cake artists reserve the right to adjust any element of the cake in order to create the most stable foundation and overall look of your cake.
A Price quote is not an official order.
All price quotes are tentative and subject to change based on our availability and at our discretion.
Orders placed with less than a 7 day notice is subject to a minimum of $10 rush fee.
Once your order is picked up and leaves the shop the final product is no longer a responsibility of The Cake Lovers LLC.
We allow up to 3 quotes via email, every additional quote will be an added fee of $5.00 to your order.
Your payment/deposit binds you to our agreement.
Only small changes can be made 2 weeks in advance. (with our discretion)
Can I provide my own flowers or have my florist provide or decorate my cake?
THE ANSWER IS NO.
Reasons why we don't allow florist or the client to provided flowers to decorate our cakes.
Yes! We are a CUSTOM CAKERY and take limited orders per week.
We are in business to help serve as many customers as humanly possible.
HOWEVER...
1. We ARE HUMANS, and there are only so many hours in the day.
Please understand quotes are valid for the allotted time on your particular quote.
If we book up within that time frame we are so sorry. We are on a first come first serve basis.
2. We specialize in over the top EDIBLE ART! So generally speaking, people who book with us are usually planning parties/events well ahead of time! (NOT at the last minute) We would be honored to create a cake for you and will do our best to fit your order in... big or small. Please don’t be mad at us if you wait until the last minute and we are fully booked even if you want a “SIMPLE CAKE”,.
We will have a line of pre-designed cakes for last minuet cakes.
Yes! We require a 50% non-refundable deposit to book your order.
If your order is delivered, you must pay in full at the time of booking.
(Wedding cake balances must be paid in full one month prior to event date)
WHY is it non-refundable?
Because remember when we told you we BOOK UP often? Well there would be NO WAY for us to go back and get all of the customers we said NO to, to backfill YOUR SPOT, if you decide to cancel your order. Your deposit ensures availability and we manage our entire team and production schedule based on YOUR ORDER. Often times we have to prep Artwork scheduling and planning for all custom orders even ordering specialty items for your cake.
Booking
After we discuss the details of your event and decide on a cake that you like, if you are interested in booking and would like to proceed, we would require a non-refundable 50% deposit to secure your date. The remaining balance must be paid priorto pick up. The balance and deposit are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE, meaning you can NOT cancel onep date and then change it for another.
What forms of payments do you accept?
We accept all credit cards and cash only. (No checks) For your protection, we do NOT process credit card orders over the phone. However, for your convenience, we email you an invoice for you to pay online.
What is your refund/cancellation policy?
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is due upon order placement. Balance is due in full one week prior to your event. If an order is not picked up on the day of delivery or delivery is denied, the client is still responsible for the full balance of the order. We will make every attempt to contact you in the event of a missed pickup or denied delivery. If a cancellation is made less than one week prior to your event, the balance is still due in full. *Please understand that when you book an order, we decline other orders. If you cancel, that could result in thousands of dollars lost, just to accommodate your order (obviously, whether you cancel or not).
Since all cake artists have different styles, techniques & tools, your cake will be an inspiration from photos sent and not an exact replica.
COVID/ weather issues/ Tropical storms & Hurricane /Accident:
We understand that things happen, and that there are unforeseen events & weather in Florida.
However, we schedule and work in advance to ensure your cake is created to its fullest.
We pride ourselves on quality service and products. This Business is done by scheduling and planning ahead.
Unfortunately, with covid, any illness we cannot make special accommodations.
Regarding weather issues/postponements we will do our best to communicate and arrange depending on the circumstances. If there is a storm approaching, we will contact our clients to decide what is best pending on the outlook. We try our best to work with you and be fair.
Make sure all information we have on your invoice is COMPLETE & CORRECT this is what we look at to make your cake. the cake artist /baker have not spoken or emailed you. We have multiple people who work here.
Quote does not include box/processing fee.
In the event of cancellation:
1. All requests for cancellation must be made in writing.
2. If a cancellation is received, your deposit will not be refundable.
3. If a cancellation is received less than one week prior to the promised
delivery/pickup date, the full balance is still the client’s responsibility.
MORE INFO:
Pick up: Upon pick up check design, colors, spelling etc. Once the cake leaves the shop any discrepancies or damages become the customers responsibility. If you are sending someone to pick up the cake, this is automatically their responsibility. We encourage all pick ups to send a photo to the person who placed the order prior to leaving the shop.
If there is an issue we will do our best to adjust and address the issue at hand to the best of our ability.
However we can not re-design, create or change the cake design.

Reference photos: The photos you send are inspirations to your cake designs.
Cakes can only be reproduced as our interpretation and will not be an exact replica.
We will color match to the best of our ability.
All cakes, cupcakes, cookies and sweets are subject to the cake Artist/bakers discretion/interpretation.
