YES! 

However, we suggest you pre order. 2-3 weeks in advance. we do have items for sale some times however we are not a walk-in bake shop that has items every day.  some weeks we may have something you are looking for however please call in advance.

We will be moving to a large local location this coming year and will have more read available items at that time.

All custom cake orders must be submitted 2-3 weeks in advance.

Since we are usually booked a few weeks (or sometimes months) in advance, we do encourage early ordering. (4-6 weeks advance notice is ideal, but we will gladly accommodate you whenever our schedule permits.

Our cake artists reserve the right to adjust any element of the cake in order to create the most stable foundation and overall appearance for your cake.

A Price quote is not an official order.

All price quotes are tentative and subject to change based on our availability and at our discretion.

Orders placed with less than a 7 day notice is subject to a minimum of $10 rush fee.

Once your order is picked up and leaves the shop the final product is no longer a responsibility of The Cake Lovers LLC.

We allow up to 3 quotes via email, every additional quote will be an added fee of $5.00 to your order.

Your payment/deposit binds you to our agreement.

Only small changes can be made 2 weeks in advance. (with our discretion)

Can I provide my own flowers or have my florist provide or decorate my cake?

THE ANSWER IS NO.

 Reasons why we don't allow florist or the client to provided flowers to decorate our cakes.

1. We are responsible for creating our cake from start to finish we pride ourselves on quality service, flavor and design.
2. The other party may not know the design or placement for the flowers.
3. Some flowers are poisonous and cannot be placed in cakes.
4. Most flowers are either dipped in chocolate or wrapped with floral tape to protect the cake and flowers.
5. some flowers must be inserted with floral pins.
6. If something happens to the cake the florist does not have the tools to fix it.
7. The florist may have left the venue by time we get to the venue, or they may not be there when we arrive.
8. Most of the time we receive flowers that are not in good shape. (it's the ones they didn't use elsewhere)
9. Even if the florist says they will provide them, most of the time they are not exactly what is elsewhere, and they don't give us enough.
10. florists are talented in the floral decor, however they are not caking artist.
11.  We then have to pull from their work elsewhere because we do not want the cake to be lacking in design.

Yes! We are a CUSTOM CAKERY and take limited orders per week.
We aim to serve as many customers as humanly possible,

 HOWEVER, ...

1. We operate on a first come first serve basis. there are only so many hours in the day. If we book up or cannot accommodate, we sincerely apologize.

2. We specialize in over the top EDIBLE ART! So, clients typically plan well in advance. We strive to accommodate all orders, but last minuet requests may not be possible.

  We would be honored to create a cake for you and will do our best to fit your order in...  big or small. Please don’t be mad at us if you wait until the last minute and we are fully booked even if you want a “SIMPLE CAKE”.

Yes! We require a 50% non-refundable deposit to book your order. 

If your order is delivered, you must pay in full at the time of booking. 

(Wedding cake balances must be paid in full one month prior to event date)

WHY is it non-refundable?
Because remember when we told you we BOOK UP often? there would be NO WAY for us to go back and get all of the customers we said NO to, to backfill YOUR SPOT, if you decide to cancel your order. Your deposit ensures availability and we manage our entire team and production schedule based on YOUR ORDER. Often times we have to prep Artwork scheduling and planning for all custom orders even ordering specialty items for your cake.

Booking
After we discuss the details of your event and decide on a cake that you like, if you are interested in booking and would like to proceed, we would require a non-refundable 50% deposit to secure your date. The remaining balance must be paid  prior to pick up. The balance and deposit are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE, meaning you can NOT cancel one date and then change it for another.

What forms of payments do you accept?
We accept all credit cards and cash only. (No checks) For your protection, we do NOT process credit card orders over the phone. However, for your convenience, we  email you an invoice for you to pay online. 

What is your refund/cancellation policy?
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is due upon order placement. Balance is due in full one week prior to your event. If an order is not picked up on the day of delivery or delivery is denied, the client is still responsible for the full balance of the order. We will make every attempt to contact you in the event of a missed pickup or denied delivery. If a cancellation is made less than one week prior to your event, the balance is still due in full. *Please understand that when you book an order, we decline other orders. If you cancel, that could result in thousands of dollars lost, just to accommodate your order (obviously, whether you cancel or not).

Since all cake artists have different styles, techniques & tools, your cake will be an inspiration from photos sent and not an exact replica.
