NICOLE DECHERT

Nicole always had a love for art and baking as a young child.

 Her passion for cake started in 2005 when she made her sons first birthday cake. She had no clue of what she was getting into.

She then created cakes for family and friends which thankfully allowed her to learn the trade. Growing up in the food and hospitality industry helped guide her on this path to becoming a business owner. She is self-taught and very proud.

She and her husband are both entrepreneurs in plantation and have been married since 2004.

They have two sons who they are extremely proud of one of which is serving our country as a US Army solider.

In 2009 The Cake Lovers was officially launched.

It hasn't been an easy journey for her however ever second was worth it, always learning and growing.

 In 2017 her dream of opening a cake shop came true. 

 She now has an incredibly talented staff that are classically trained pastry chefs & cake artists. 

They are just as passionate as she is, and it shows.

The Cake Lovers /Nicole was the winner on The Cooking channels show Cake Hunters in 2018 in addition to being.
